Historic Gift Paves the Way In Penacook
The Penacook Community Center Revitalization campaign has received a major boost! We are humbled to announce a VERY GENEROUS $1 MILLION GIFT FROM RACHEL AND MARSHALL ROWE. The Rowes have been Club volunteers, advisors and friends for almost two decades. They said they are delighted that the new PCC will create a space for families and community organizations to gather in meaningful ways, while strengthening the social and economic vibrancy of Penacook.
“It’s a privilege for us to have the opportunity to help revitalize the Penacook Community Center so that young families north of Concord have access to quality, affordable child care and youth development programs. We can think of no better partner in this effort than Chris Emond and Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire.”

“A leadership gift like this only comes once in a great while, if it all, in an organization’s lifetime. The immediate momentum that this gave to our project cannot be overstated, and it gives hope to the members of Penacook Community Center that we will get them in a new home at their old location soon. We are so grateful to the Rowes for believing in this project,” Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire CEO Chris Emond.
