The Boys & Girls Club and Penacook Community Center hosted a community input session to hear public input on their proposed plans to build a new, 8000 square foot early learning center at 76 Community Drive.  The facility will provide child care and before/after school programs to over 100 children.  It also will have host the Penacook Branch of the Concord Public Library and small gatherings of residents.
