Volunteer Opportunities

Are you ready to make meaningful connections with local children and youth? We invite you to share your skill set or simply spend time interacting with members in an early learning classroom, clubhouse game room, gym, kitchen or program area. We also welcome groups to assist with indoor and outdoor beautification projects. Only have one day to spare? Don’t forget our special events! Please note that some opportunities require a Criminal History Background Check.

We need you!

Special Events: Would you like to serve hot dogs at a Golf Tournament? Round up items for our annual TV Auction? Direct traffic at Cars and Coffee? These are just a few examples of how volunteers can get involved with our special events. You’ll see a complete list of events on our events page.

Corporate Volunteering: With 30 different locations throughout the state, there’s always something to be done! We welcome employee groups to assist with projects like building raised garden beds, painting or cleaning.

Program Volunteering: Our programs benefit so much from individuals who work directly with children and youth on a regular basis. In the past, volunteers have assisted with:

  • Athletics
  • Food Service
  • Book Reading
  • Music and Movement
  • Health and Wellness
  • Visual Arts
  • Quilling and knitting
  • Theater

Please note that volunteers interacting with children are required to complete a Criminal History Background Check and participate in several hours of online training.
