Welcome
Our Locations
You’ll find our programs in six regions separated by rivers, lakes, forests, mountains and highways! The history and identity of each of our locations is unique. Shared policies, practices, professional standards and values such as commitment to safety and inclusion helps ensure quality at all Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire sites. Centralized administrative functions like billing, membership and human resources reduces costs for families.
Early Childhood Programs
Our centers offer safe, inviting environments designed to meet the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical developmental needs of the age group served. We believe in an adaptive curriculum that modifies lessons to fit the learner, while still meeting NH Early Learning Guidelines. We value families as partners in the growth and development of children in our programs!
School Age Programs
Our staff members have a unique ability to guide the six to eighteen year-olds who attend our after school programs and summer camps. They get to know kids in an informal environment free from the pressures of school, family, and the usual social mix. This—along with the fact that our sole purpose is to help young people develop into caring, responsible adults— gives us an exceptional opportunity to develop relationships that lead to life-changing results. It also gives kids freedom -- and plenty of opportunities!-- to try new things.
We Change Lives
Our dedicated staff do whatever it takes to bring out the best in each child we serve! Every year, they welcome over 2600 children (1200 per week!). They serve close to 250,000 snacks and meals. They run dozens of programs in the arts, character & leadership development, education & career development, health & lifeskills and sports & recreation.
