Welcome to the Rowe Family Early Learning Center at Penacook Community Center!
We’re proud to provide a nurturing, play-based environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our center is named in honor of the Rowe Family, whose generous support made this community center possible. While our name is new, you’ll still find the same trusted care and many familiar faces you know and love.
We’d love to learn more about your family and share how our programs can support your child’s growth and development. Reach out anytime—we’d be happy to answer your questions and give you a tour!

Tuition
We encourage you to reach out to the center director to discuss your child’s needs and ensure that space is available. They can also help you understand the financial assistance process.
Please note that through New Hampshire Child Care assistance, tuition discounts are available for households making up to $144,530 for a family of five.
