In addition to a free snack, Boys & Girls Club of the Lakes Region members enjoy a hot evening meal.

Athletics

The Boys & Girls Club of the Lakes Region Athletic programming plays a pivotal role in
enhancing life skills among the youth while utilizing The Boys & Girls Club Triple Play program. Lakes Region athletic programming utilizes sports and physical activities, and promotes physical health while fostering interpersonal skills and character development. We offer a diverse range of athletic activities to cater to the varied interests of the youth. Soccer, a highly popular sport, strengthens team-building skills and enhances physical agility. Basketball, another key sport in our program, encourages quick decision-making, teamwork, and precision, while also promoting cardiovascular health. These activities and more are conducted in a supportive and controlled environment under the supervision of trained professionals, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met while promoting a sense of community, camaraderie, and sportsmanship among the participants.
