How to Register

We have a two-step registration process. In Step 1, you’ll fill out a membership application for your child and pay a $40 application fee. You only have to do this once per year. In Step 2, you’ll register your child for a program, such as the after school program, summer camp or afterhours art. You can register for as many programs as you wish.

Financial Assistance from the Club

We strongly encourage you to apply for a State of New Hampshire Child Care Scholarship– it’s there to help organizations like us provide services without passing the true costs along to you! If you don’t qualify or are unable to apply for a State of NH Child Care scholarship, the Boys & Girls Club offers a reduced fee based on family income. To apply for Club assistance, please follow instructions in the summer camp enrollment application to upload proof of income. Documentation may include three most recent pay stubs, Social Security benefits, food stamps explanation of benefits, etc. Members will be charged the full fee until proof of income or State enrollment is confirmed.

Financial Assistance from State of New Hampshire

Why not see if the New Hampshire Child Care Scholarship Program will help pay for the cost of camp? They have increased their income limits so that more families are covered! To find out more and apply, please visit this site. While you wait for the state scholarship decision, you’re welcome to enroll but must pay the full rate. Once any payments are received from the state and applied to your account, the credits can be used for future fees. If the credit balance exceeds $100 we would be happy to refund your credit card upon request. Please reach out to your site director if you need help with the process.
